When do I pay?
After you accept an offer. You pay the amount on the offer, VAT included, and it does not change.
Where is my money until the inspection?
In Rydeal's balance. The specialist receives it only once you accept the report, or 72 hours pass without you opening a dispute.
What if the seller refuses the inspection or does not show up?
The specialist records it with a reason, and you get your money back in full.
The car is not in Sofia. Can I still use Rydeal?
Yes. A request can be published anywhere. If there are no specialists in the area yet, we tell you before you publish, not after.
How are the specialists vetted?
Every applicant is reviewed by hand (profile, equipment and area) before they see a single request. Once approved, their equipment cannot be changed.
What exactly do I get?
A report with a recommendation (buy, buy after repairs or a discount, or don't buy), problems ranked by how serious they are, and photos with a time and, where allowed, GPS. Depending on the tier, also a recommended price and negotiation points. Once delivered, the report cannot be changed.
